How long does it take to receive my order?

What is your return and exchange policy?

I try to ship orders the next business day! (Monday - Friday) If there are any delays, please expect an email with your new estimated delivery date.

Shipping times will depend on the delivery location and size of the order. All orders are shipped through Canada Post! Below is an estimate for packages 1.1lbs and under.

• 3 business days within Ontario

• 4 business days across Canada

• Up to 7 business days internationally

All products are made by hand and as such may contain minor imperfections. If you have concerns about your product, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am always willing to make accommodations within reason!
